Rule 83
Formation of Dispute Resolution Committee
: (1) Dispute Resolution Committee as per Section 143 of the Act shall be constituted as follows :- (a) Person designated by the Registrar - Coordinator (b) Representative of National Cooperative Federation - Member (c) Representative of National Cooperative Development Board - Member (2) The committee according to sub-rule (1) shall invite each representative of the cooperative organization related to the dispute to the meeting.
(3) The committee according to sub-rule (1) may determine its own procedure.
